Green Spark Group Achieves B Corp Certification

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (JULY 30, 2024)  We are excited to announce that Green Spark Group is now officially a certified B Corporation! We are incredibly proud of our overall B Impact score of 97, a reflection of all the hard work Green Spark Group has done for the past 10 years. This certification is a testament to our dedication to the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.

Green Spark Group has consciously and intuitively embedded business practices that clearly align with the values and objectives of B Lab, the non-profit organization that certifies B Corps.  After over a year of in-depth analysis and a comprehensive review of our business practices B Lab has verified that we meet their high standards.

B Corp Certification bolsters our values and intentions as a sustainability consultancy.  As we aim to keep our clients inspired and accountable, we too have committed to accountability in our industry.  B Corp Certification requires transparency and continued work on our part to share and reflect on  our commitment to sustainability,  not just in the pillar of environmental sustainability but also social and economic sustainability. 

Over the past decade Green Spark Group has partnered locally and  globally with like minded organizations, supported radical collaboration throughout the entertainment ecosystem, educated industry professions through our online courses and  in-person workshops,  supported productions striving for sustainability TV, Film, and Live Event operations, and helped the industry benchmark and set goals for the future.  

This certification is a business achievement that hits a personal note for the Green Spark Group team. As individuals, we all have profound concern and care for the social and environmental state of our world.
